To protect both buyers and sellers from fraud, Korezi Store LTD enforces a strict cashless operation for all official goods. All payments must be made either directly through our website checkout or transferred into the Official Corporate Virtual Bank Account specifically assigned to the agent by Korezi Store LTD. Any transactions conducted via physical cash or transferred to an agent's personal/private bank account are invalid and will not be insured, refunded, or supported by Korezi Store.

Before initiating any BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) transaction or interacting with an individual claiming to represent Korezi Store, it is the user's sole responsibility to verify their active status via our official Verify Agent Portal. Korezi Store LTD accepts no liability for funds lost to imposters or agents listed as "Suspended" or "Terminated" on our official directory.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their "My Account" login credentials. To foster a trustworthy community, users are encouraged to leave product reviews in exchange for rewards. However, reviews must reflect genuine purchasing experiences. The use of abusive language, spam, or submitting fraudulent reviews to exploit the discount system will result in immediate account suspension and the revocation of any active reward codes.
When utilizing the Local Pickup (BOPIS) service at an Agent Hub, customers are expected to visually and functionally inspect their items before leaving the premises. If an item delivered directly to you by logistics or an agent is defective, our 24-Hour Assurance Rule applies. You must file a ticket within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp for the item to be eligible for a return or replacement.

Users who apply and are activated within the Korezi Agent Programme are legally bound by a separate, physical or digitally signed Agent Agreement. That document supersedes these basic Terms of Service regarding commission structures, inventory liability, virtual account governance, and termination clauses.
