How do I get paid? +
We process payouts every Friday. Your total commissions are transferred directly to your registered bank account.
How do I unlock Pro Tier rates? +
Pro Tier status is awarded based on consistent high performance. Accounts are reviewed periodically by our administration team, and top-performing agents are manually upgraded.
Can I hold iPhones and Laptops as stock? +
For security reasons, Starter Tier agents cannot keep Class B (High Value) Items as holding stock. You can still sell them! Secure the buyer first, then request the item.

Pro Tier agents with a proven track record may be granted special permission to hold high-value stock.
