What is BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store)? +
BOPIS allows you to skip shipping times and fees entirely. When you spot an item labeled "Available Locally", you can reserve it online and pick it up directly from the nearest verified Korezi Agent's hub. It's fast, free, and secure.
Do I have to pay a delivery fee to agents? +
If you choose to pick up the item at the agent's hub (BOPIS), it is 100% free. However, if you request that the agent brings the item directly to your doorstep or hostel, the agent may negotiate a small, localized delivery fee with you to cover their logistics.
What delivery options are available? +
Korezi offers multiple delivery and pickup options depending on your location and product availability:
• Store / Agent Pickup (BOPIS)
Pick up your order directly from a verified Korezi pickup hub or agent location once your order is marked ready for pickup.
• Standard Doorstep Delivery
Regular home or office delivery within supported locations.
• Express Doorstep Delivery
Priority delivery for faster dispatch and fulfillment.
• Local Hub Dispatch (Rider)
Community-based rider dispatch coordinated through local Korezi logistics hubs.
• Interstate Terminal Pickup
Pickup from approved interstate transport terminals in supported states.
• Inter-State Doorstep Delivery
Available only in selected states where direct interstate home delivery is currently supported.
How long does Store / Agent Pickup (BOPIS) take? +
Orders are processed and routed to local hubs every Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays for orders placed before 5:00 PM. Items are typically ready for collection within 24hrs. Customers will receive a notification once the item is available at the selected pickup location.
How long does Standard Doorstep Delivery take? +
Dispatch operations run Every weekday (Mon-Fri) for orders placed before 3:00 PM. Deliveries typically arrive within 24-48 Hrs. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your exact location and traffic conditions.
How fast is Express Doorstep Delivery? +
Express orders are prioritized immediately after payment confirmation.
Dispatch operations run Every weekday (Mon-Fri) for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Deliveries typically arrive within 24Hrs.
How does Local Hub Dispatch (Rider) work? +
Local Hub Dispatch allows customers to receive orders through Korezi-supported rider delivery hubs within selected locations.

How does Terminal Pickup (Lagos Only) work? +
Terminal Pickup allows Lagos customers to collect their orders from selected transport terminals and designated pickup points.
Shipments are routed to transport terminals every Wednesdays and Fridays for orders placed before 4:00 PM. Packages are typically ready for terminal collection within 1-3 Working Days.
How does Interstate Terminal Pickup work? +
Interstate Terminal Pickup allows customers to receive orders through approved transport terminals in supported states.
Shipments are routed to transport terminals every Saturdays for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Packages are typically ready for terminal collection within 3-5 Working Days.
How long does Inter-State Doorstep Delivery take? +
Inter-State Doorstep Delivery is currently available only in selected states.

Can I track my web order? +
Once your order is processed and dispatched from our HQ, you will receive a notification. While direct tracking links depend on the specific logistics provider handling your route, you can always reach out to our Support Team via WhatsApp for an immediate status update on your package.
Payments & Refunds
Can I pay cash to a Korezi Agent? +
⚠️ STRICT NO CASH POLICY:
We do NOT accept physical cash, and you should never pay into an agent's personal bank account.
Verified retail partners may be assigned an official Korezi payment reference for order processing and customer verification. Customers should only follow payment instructions displayed within official Korezi channels or verified order pages.
What is your Return Policy? +
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery/pickup to request a return. Log into your "My Account" app to initiate the return. The item must be in its original packaging. User-damaged items will not be accepted.
Do you offer installment payments? +
Currently, we require full payment at checkout or upon agent pickup. We are exploring additional flexible checkout options for future updates to give you even more flexibility in the near future.
My Account & Rewards
How do I leave a review and get a discount? +
We reward honest feedback! Simply log into your Korezi Customer Dashboard, navigate to your "Order History", and select the item you purchased. Leave a review (and upload a photo if you can), and the system will automatically generate a discount code for your next purchase.
Where do I find my past orders? +
Everything is stored securely in your web app. Click the "Profile" icon in the top right corner of the website to access your customer account portal. There you can track orders, manage returns, and save items to your wishlist.
