Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organised and driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities at Korezi Store. You will be the backbone of our internal processes, ensuring that all departments run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our company goals. You will have high-level access to the Korezi Console to monitor workflows and manage staff deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily business operations and ensure all departments hit their targets.

• Manage staff schedules, task delegations, and internal communications.

• Monitor system workflows within the Korezi Console and troubleshoot bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with the CEO to implement new operational strategies and company policies.

• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures across the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, team management, or business administration.

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

• High level of tech-savviness and ability to quickly master internal software.
