Treat every customer like a VIP. You represent a premium brand; rudeness is grounds for immediate termination.
Korezi Store provides Affordable Luxury. As a Partner, you are the physical face of this brand in your local community or campus. When a customer interacts with you, they are interacting with Korezi.
How you communicate determines if a customer trusts you. Agents must use professional greetings on WhatsApp and avoid overly casual slang. Response Time: You must acknowledge all customer inquiries within 3 hours during active business hours.
Your Privacy: To protect you from stalking or harassment, your last name is obfuscated on our public directories (e.g., displaying as "Korezi S***"). However, you must always be ready to provide your official Agent ID to a customer so they can verify your active status on the portal.
Do not add unauthorized "booking fees" or markups. Sell exactly at the portal price.
You must sell products strictly at the Official Korezi Price displayed on the platform. Adding hidden charges, personal delivery extortion, or misrepresenting a product's specifications is classified as financial fraud and violates your contract.
When facilitating a BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) order, you must allow the customer to visually and functionally inspect the item at the Hub before they confirm receipt. If a customer reports a valid factory defect or logistical mismatch within 24 hours of pickup/delivery, you must politely direct them to the official Return Portal. Do not argue with or block the customer.
KOREZI STORE LTD (RC: 9395799)
You are your own boss, an independent contractor. You earn commissions based on sales, not a fixed salary.
1.1 Independent Contractor Status: You are joining us as an independent contractor. You are not an employee, joint venturer, or legal partner of Korezi Store LTD. You do not have the legal authority to sign contracts on behalf of the company. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, franchise arrangement, or joint venture between the parties.
1.2 No Employment Benefits & Taxes: You are not entitled to traditional employee benefits (health insurance, pension, paid leave). Your compensation comes strictly from sales commissions. You are solely responsible for declaring your income and paying applicable national or state taxes under Nigerian law.
2.1 Security & Login: Your Agent Portal account is your digital fingerprint. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your login email, password, or security PINs with anyone. Agents are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and security devices. Korezi Store LTD may not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by credential sharing, negligence, or compromised devices.
2.2 Anti-Hacking Policy: You agree that you will not attempt to reverse-engineer the Portal’s code, bypass API security, upload fake verification documents, or manipulate operational, inventory, transaction, or verification records displayed in the system.
Customers must pay directly into your officially assigned Virtual Bank Account. Never accept physical cash or transfers to your personal account.
3.1 Collecting Payments: Korezi operates a strict cashless model. All bank transfers must be made into the official assigned payment account issued through approved financial infrastructure partners assigned to you by the portal. You are forbidden from having customers transfer money into your private, personal bank accounts. Doing so constitutes a serious violation of this Agreement and may result in immediate suspension or termination.
3.2 Payment Verification: You are responsible for logging into your portal to verify that funds have officially cleared before releasing any inventory to a buyer. A sale is only confirmed when the system registers the cleared funds.
Agents may be held responsible for inventory assigned to them where loss, damage, negligence, unauthorized disposal, or unreconciled shortages are attributable to their actions or failure to follow operational procedures.
4.1 Inventory Responsibility: Once Headquarters hands inventory over to you, you are financially responsible for it. If a product is lost, damaged, or stolen while in your care, the wholesale cost will be deducted from your commissions.
4.2 Theft, Fraud & Recovery: All inventory supplied through the Korezi Network remains the property of Korezi Store LTD until properly reconciled through authorized sales processes. Where there is evidence of theft, fraud, deliberate misappropriation, or unlawful diversion of inventory or funds, the Company reserves the right to suspend accounts, initiate recovery procedures, report the matter to relevant authorities, and pursue remedies available under applicable Nigerian law.
5.1 Earning Commissions: You earn dynamic commissions for each successfully completed sale. Rates are visible in your HQ Catalog and may be updated by the Company at any time.
5.2 Payouts & Deductions: Commissions are tallied and processed periodically through the approved payout system. If you owe the Company money (e.g., due to missing stock or refunded orders), the Company reserves the right to deduct that exact amount from your upcoming payouts.
You will have access to confidential information, including wholesale prices, software architecture, and customer data. You agree to keep this information strictly secret during your tenure and for five (5) years thereafter. Korezi Store LTD retains all intellectual property rights to its name, logos, digital ID cards, and portal software.
Korezi provides operational tools and support systems, but agents remain independently responsible for how they conduct local activities.
Korezi Store LTD does not guarantee uninterrupted platform access, payment infrastructure availability, logistics timelines, network availability, or uninterrupted third-party integrations. Temporary outages, delays, verification holds, banking reviews, or operational interruptions may occur from time to time.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Korezi Store LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or reputational damages arising from independent agent activities, third-party service interruptions, telecommunications failures, payment processor actions, or external operational disruptions.
We can end this agreement with 30 days' notice. If you break the rules, your access may be terminated immediately for serious violations. This contract is governed by Nigerian law.
7.1 Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement for convenience with a 30-day written notice. The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately for cause (e.g., fraud, rule violations, portal manipulation). Upon termination, you must return all inventory within seven (7) business days before your final payout is released.
7.2 Liability & Law: You agree to indemnify Korezi Store LTD against any legal costs arising from your negligence or illegal actions. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
