What is BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store)? +
BOPIS allows you to skip shipping times and fees entirely. When you spot an item labeled "Available Locally", you can reserve it online and pick it up directly from the nearest verified Korezi Agent's hub. It's fast, free, and secure.
Do I have to pay a delivery fee to agents? +
If you choose to pick up the item at the agent's hub (BOPIS), it is 100% free. However, if you request that the agent brings the item directly to your doorstep or hostel, the agent may negotiate a small, localized delivery fee with you to cover their logistics.
How long does standard delivery take? +
For orders placed directly through the web store, deliveries within Lagos typically take 24-48 hours. Interstate deliveries take between 3-5 business days. If you buy locally from an agent, delivery is usually instant!
Can I track my web order? +
Once your order is processed and dispatched from our HQ, you will receive a notification. While direct tracking links depend on the specific logistics provider handling your route, you can always reach out to our Support Team via WhatsApp for an immediate status update on your package.

Payments & Refunds

Can I pay cash to a Korezi Agent? +
⚠️ STRICT NO CASH POLICY: We do NOT accept physical cash, and you should never pay into an agent's personal bank account.

However, every verified Korezi Agent is issued a dedicated Virtual Bank Account officially linked to Korezi Store LTD. You can safely transfer funds to this specific virtual account to ensure your money is protected by our escrow system.
What is your Return Policy? +
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery/pickup to request a return. Log into your "My Account" app to initiate the return. The item must be in its original packaging. User-damaged items will not be accepted.
Do you offer installment payments? +
Currently, we require full payment at checkout or upon agent pickup. We are actively working on introducing "Buy Now, Pay Later" integrations to give you even more flexibility in the near future.

Korezi Agent Network

How do I verify a Korezi Agent? +
Before completing any transaction, ask the agent for their ID. Enter it on our Verify Agent page. This will instantly confirm their photo, name, and active status within our network.
How do I become an agent? +
You can turn your network into net worth without any starting capital. Simply visit our Agent Network page, fill out the application, and if verified, we will send you holding stock to begin selling to your community.

My Account & Rewards

How do I leave a review and get a discount? +
We reward honest feedback! Simply log into your Korezi My Account App, navigate to your "Order History", and select the item you purchased. Leave a review (and upload a photo if you can), and the system will automatically generate a discount code for your next purchase.
Where do I find my past orders? +
Everything is stored securely in your web app. Click the "Profile" icon in the top right corner of the website to access your dedicated dashboard. There you can track orders, manage returns, and save items to your wishlist.
